2. Agreement Created

Maid-to-Order prepares a detailed agreement including services and pricing.

3. Review and Revisions

Sarah reviews the agreement and notices additional services she's interested in. She contacts the service provider to discuss how this will impact the price quote.

4. Agreement Finalized

Maid-to-Order incorporates revisions and sends the updated agreement.

5. Submitted to Kontinuum

Once approved, the vendor submits the finalized agreement to Kontinuum.

​

6. Payment Secured

Kontinuum handles the payment collection process directly with Sarah via a secured link. Service providers never collect, request, or store customer payment information.

7. Work Begins

Maid-to-Order is notified when funds are secured, so they can begin the work with confidence.

​

8. Service Completion

The agreed services are performed according to the documented agreement.

​

9. Completion Review

Kontinuum provides Sarah an opportunity to communicate any concerns regarding completion of the agreed work. In the absence of such communication, the work is presumed to have been completed as scheduled.

10. Payment Released

Completed work is processed through Kontinuum's regular settlement cycle, and payment is transferred to Maid-to-Order.
