Gerald has fallen behind on exterior maintenance and would like help restoring the property. In addition to ongoing lawn care, several overgrown trees and shrubs require immediate attention before recurring maintenance can begin.

1. Initial Conversation
Green Horizon Landscaping schedules a visit to evaluate the property, discuss priorities, and identify both immediate and ongoing maintenance needs.

2. Agreement Created
Green Horizon prepares a detailed agreement that includes an initial property restoration service along with recurring weekly lawn care.

3. Review and Revisions
Gerald reviews the agreement and realizes he would also like seasonal services included, such as fall leaf removal and winter snow management.

4. Agreement Finalized
Green Horizon updates the agreement to reflect the additional seasonal services and provides revised pricing.

5. Submitted to Kontinuum
Once approved, the vendor submits finalized agreement to Kontinuum.

6. Payment Secured
Kontinuum handles the payment collection process directly with Gerald via a secured link. Service providers never collect, request, or store customer payment information.

7. Work Begins
Green Horizon is notified when funds are secured, so they can begin the work with confidence.

8. Service Completion
The initial restoration work is completed according to the agreement, and recurring maintenance begins on the agreed schedule.

9. Completion Review
Kontinuum provides Gerald with an opportunity to communicate any concerns regarding completion of the agreed work. In the absence of such communication, the work is presumed to have been completed as scheduled.

10. Payment Released
Completed work is processed through Kontinuum's regular settlement cycle, and payment is transferred to Green Horizon.
